My family and I were on Interstate 40 traveling to Chattanooga and a thought of Africans with their faces painted came to mind and of course I had my sketchbook with me. So I sketched the whole time we were there and "Windows To Your Soul" is one of the paintings that has emerged from those sketches. He is a part of the Mursi tribe near the Omo Vally in East Africa, a proud cultural people. The color combinations in this painting leaves you several matting and framing options to match the décor in your home.
